This workshop is designed to enable staff to identify what they need change and or implement to effectively manage their time using relevant tools and techniques thus, increasing productivity. The workshop provides a safe environment in which attendees can share their experiences and find workable solutions to their own situations thus, establishing best practice.
Our experienced facilitators will bring the content to life by using real-life examples to contextualise thus, adding meaning and value to the workshop content.
The main aim of the workshop is to explore personal “time stealers” and create a workable approach to improving their own time management skills.
- To share best practice through own their experiences “what works for them” and to raise awareness of techniques and models for improving their time management skills.
By the end of the Workshop, the attendees will: To be able to recognise their biggest “time stealers” and to understand practical time management strategies including prioritising, planning and effective implementation of tools and techniques
Areas for improvement – Identifying areas for improvement when managing daily work-related tasks (self-reflection) negative and positive impacts on time “Time Stealers”.
Motivation – What are the motivations and how to use them effectively in the workplace “what does success look like to you in a work environment”.
Using time – Prioritising effectively and “planning for success” when doing daily work tasks “eat your frog”.
Time management – “Stop & Start Strategies” what to stop doing and what to start doing more.
