Workshop Details:

This workshop is designed to support those within organisations who contribute to projects, managing specific parts of a wider project.  It will demonstrate the importance of aligning key stages of a project with organisational objectives along with the importance of monitoring and communicating with stakeholders.

Our experienced facilitators will bring the content to life by using real-life examples to contextualise thus, adding meaning and value to the workshop content


The aim is to equip attendees with an understanding of tools, and techniques for managing and monitoring projects.

  • To be able to understand the key stages of effective project management including roles and responsibilities and the difference between a project and everyday tasks.
