Workshop Details:

This workshop is designed to support those within organisations who contribute to projects, managing specific parts of a wider project.  It will demonstrate the importance of aligning key stages of a project with organisational objectives along with the importance of monitoring and communicating with stakeholders.

Our experienced facilitators will bring the content to life by using real-life examples to contextualise thus, adding meaning and value to the workshop content

Aims:

The aim is to equip attendees with an understanding of tools, and techniques for managing and monitoring projects.

  • To be able to understand the key stages of effective project management including roles and responsibilities and the difference between a project and everyday tasks.

By the end of this Workshop the attendees will: Be able to recognise key stages of a project, have an understanding of project-related terminology and tools/techniques for monitoring a project.
