This workshop is designed to support those within organisations who operate in a supervisory, management or team development role. It looks to create an understanding of the difference between coaching and mentoring within a work-based environment and to provide an awareness of different coaching and mentoring methods approaches.
Our experienced facilitators will bring the content to life by using real-life examples to contextualise thus, adding meaning and value to the workshop content.
The aim is to create an understanding of the difference between coaching and mentoring and be able to identify the relevant skills/qualities of a mentor and coach should possess.
